About Z’s Sweet Shop

Hi, I’m Zabrina, owner of Z’s Sweet Shop! Most days you’ll find me in a classroom teaching high school Physics and Science, but the real experiments happen in my kitchen. After needing to go gluten-free several years ago, I developed a passion for creating gluten-free bakes that weren’t just “good enough” and have spent the last few years perfecting the ratios and testing the physics of texture until I reached the ultimate goal: The “No way that’s gluten-free!” reaction. That’s the response people give me (especially the gluten-eaters!) when they realize my bakes are 100% gluten-free. I’m happy you found my little shop and hope you enjoy all the gluten-free goodness I have to offer!
